When can I expect my jewelry to arrive?
Most orders are complete within 24 hours of ordering. We ship by priority mail with the United States Postal Service. You can expect delivery 2 - 3 days after ship notification from us.
How do I know what size to order?
Wrist sizes do vary. To find the size that is right for you, take a cloth tape measure and wrap it around your wrist so it is just touching your skin, but NOT tight. Add one inch and that should be your bracelet size. When in doubt, order a 7-1/2.
What if I have more children or grandchildren?
If we had to wait until everyone?s family was complete, we would be out of business. We add names all the time for growing families. Just send the bracelet in a padded, bubble envelope with instructions, your return address and payment to:

What if my bracelet breaks?
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry 100%. If your bracelet should break within your first 180 days of ownership, we will restring it for free. After 180 days, there is a $10 restring charge plus shipping. Just place your item in a padded, bubble envelope with payment and your name address and instructions and send it through regular mail to:

Please send the bracelet back by USPS as FedEx and UPS do NOT ship to a PO Box.
Most repairs cost just $10, plus the cost to replace a broken clasp or lost letters, if necessary. Please allow two weeks for repairs to be returned to you. We can call you to let you know that we have received your package if you include your contact information, or we will gladly send you an email confirmation if your email address is included in the package.
How Do I Care for My Sterling Silver Bracelet?
With proper care, fine quality silver will last a lifetime. To minimize scratches and tarnishing (a dulling that naturally occurs when silver reacts with sulfur or hydrogen sulfide in the ambient air), store silver jewelry in a Ziploc bag. Avoid exposing your silver to household chemicals when cleaning with bleach or ammonia, or when swimming in chlorinated water, as these chemicals can damage silver.
Clean your Jewelry on a regular basis
Care should also be taken to prevent silver tarnish build-up. To clean your silver, use polishes formulated specifically to remove tarnish. You can find fine silver polishes, solutions, or cloths appropriate to remove tarnish at most hardware stores or specialty craft stores. Tarnish is most easily removed when it first becomes visible.
Cleaning Gold Filled Beads
When polishing Gold Filled Beads take care not to rub to hard as the Gold Finish can eventually be worn off. A mild detergant can be used for Jewelry Cleaning.
Cleaning Bali Beads
Sterling Silver Bali Beads have an antique look created by allowing the beads to become oxidized. Do not dip these beads into a tarnish-removing solution or the oxidation and antique look will be removed. The Bali beads can be polished with a polishing cloth by rubbing lightly. The oxidation and antique look is between grooves in the beads and should not be harmed by doing this.
Do we collect sales tax?
Yes, only if the shipment is within the state of Maryland as required by law at the rate of 5.00%. No tax is collected outside the state of Maryland.
What if I want to send a Gift Card or have the item wrapped?
We are more than happy to do this for you. Please include your text for a gift card and indicate if you want the item wrapped in the order comments section during the check out process.
